I finally decided to watch JJ Lin’s first Melbourne concert on 24th April in MCEC, just across where I stayed. And thanks to Liwen, we got the VIP seats, right in the middle of the hall, 11 rows from the front (that’s what she said, anyway), costing us $199 a pop. After previously cancelled the plan to watch Jacky Cheung’s World Tour, this would be the first concert by Chinese artist that I am attending.
Now what I need to do is to familiarise myself with his songs (so that I can sing along later on in his concert? Hmm, that sounds girly… hahaha) by playing over and over all JJ Lin’s songs, especially those from his latest album, One Hundred Days. Not sure why he chose that as the title of the album. But to me, today marks exactly the first 100 days in 2010. Hmm.. what’s so special about today, apart from me waking up after midday? Hahaha… Life’s good.
