Mission of the Day : Make a Dessert
Target : Tiramisu
Duration : 0100 hour
Status : Completed, pending judgment

Yeap, dat’s my mission of the day. Guess wat, I really made it. but i don’t even know whether it’s edible or not, let alone the taste of it.
Hmm… i’ll post a picture of it later, if i happen to take one. Umm.. here’s for people out there who wanna know my recipe:
- 8 eggs, yolks n white separated
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 500gr mascarpone cheese
- 200ml pure cream
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- 3 cups of espresso coffee, with 1 tsp of sugar
- 50ml of Bundaberg rum
- Milo as choc powder
- strawberries
- cooking choc as choc chips
Brief direction:
Mix egg yolks with sugars, whip until turns lemon-yellow colour. Then add mascarpone bit by bit while whipping, until well. Separately whip the cream until firm. Put aside. Then whip the egg white. Fold the whipped cream into yolk mixture, then fold into the egg white too. Then layer about 1/2 of the mixture onto serving plate, about 30cm x 30cm wide, and at least 4cm deep.
Make 3 cups (or more) of espresso, and add rum into it. Briefly soak each ladyfinger into it, then press out the coffee, n lay down on top of the cream layer on the serving plate. Once done, add another layer of cream, n make sure the surface is flat. Pour over the milo powder.
Double boil the cooking chocolate, over low heat, until melting. Then tip into a flat narrow plate. Let it cool n harden. Once done, chip it, and stick only the tiramisu prior to serving. Add a few slices of strawberry to make it looks good. Oh, refrigerate it overnite before serving.
Good luck. If you have any query or critics, do not hesitate to contact me.
